This role presents an excellent opportunity for seasoned Warranty Administrators to work remotely, concentrating exclusively on warranty claims management.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate must possess prior experience as a Warranty Administrator within an automotive dealership, managing warranty claims as detailed below.

Successful candidates will exhibit exceptional customer service skills through precise claims processing while identifying training opportunities within dealerships, all while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

This is a full-time position, and we do not offer part-time roles. A non-compete agreement will be required. All necessary equipment will be provided, along with training on new DMS systems. This is not an entry-level position; a minimum of 3 years of warranty administration experience is essential.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealership
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Comprehensive understanding of the automotive warranty process, including booking, coding, and adherence to policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to inspire others to reach their full potential, particularly within the dealership environment
Proficient knowledge of DMS software
Familiarity with automotive dealership service departments
Understanding of warranty accounting practices
Skilled in interpreting technician narratives and applying appropriate labor codes
Certification or training in at least one manufacturer

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate claims for compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
Utilize our proprietary CARS application to assist in dealer compliance issues
Process claims
Code claims
Submit claims for reimbursement
Manage accounting discrepancies in payments
Maintain accurate warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow for dealer clients
Stay updated on certifications and knowledge of revised policies and procedures
Assist dealerships in maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies

WORK LOCATION:
This position allows for remote work within the U.S. or at our office if geographically feasible.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$100 monthly internet stipend after the probationary period
Annual salary range of $45k-$65k+
