As the ideal candidate, you should come with previous agency experience, be willing to spend 3 days a week onsite in Seattle, and have a background in handling a large number of creative social campaigns.


Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop and implement multi-level marketing campaigns to drive traffic, ultimately boosting sales and engagement
  • Support paid creative social campaigns across different platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Track and report on the progress of campaigns, analyzing relevant metrics to share updates with senior management
  • Engage in creative asset production in conjunction with a dedicated design team
  • Conduct quality assurance with agency partners and work closely with the marketing manager for smooth execution
  • Create and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance sales performance
  • Plan and allocate budgets for various social and curated campaigns related to new book releases

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, especially on social media, mobile platforms, and display ads
  • Review and refine customer-facing content to ensure it aligns with the brand and resonates with the online audience
  • Proficiency in Excel to analyze and manipulate data efficiently, including working with Pivot tables and generating optimization insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with teams and senior management effectively
  • BA/BS degree required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in managing extensive marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with A/B or multivariate testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies
  • Proficient in analytics tools and web traffic analysis
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and uphold high-quality standards
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, ability to meet strict deadlines, and deliver results consistently
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of urgency
