Job Summary

The Ecommerce Support Specialist plays a critical role in helping brand partners and customers achieve their Amazon and ecommerce PPC goals. This role is responsible for executing and daily optimizing digital marketing campaigns, planning launches, and making adjustments to exceed targets. The Specialist reports to the Ecommerce Support Manager and collaborates closely with brand partners and customers to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage pay-per-click campaign performance to optimize budgets and spend for brand partners and clients
  • Work closely with managed accounts and internal teams to achieve goals and drive business growth
  • Assist the marketing and support team with other brand partner and customer needs, providing proactive advice and solutions
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and alignment with long-term objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ecommerce and Amazon advertising practices to provide expert guidance and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, behavioral psychology, or a related field
  • Experience and success with PPC campaigns and/or software-as-a-service marketing technology platforms
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies to clients and team members
