About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Business Team at Educated Solutions Corp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer segmentation and communication strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Segmentation and Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a customer segmentation strategy that identifies and targets high-value customer segments, and create a communication plan that resonates with these segments.
  • Marketing Automation: Partner with our Tech team to design and implement automated email programs that drive customer engagement and adoption of our core features.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze channel data across consumer segments and draw recommendations for marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Creative Asset Production: Collaborate with our design team to produce high-quality creative assets that support our marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Manage projects across multiple teams and functions, including tech, legal, finance, and design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: A degree in business or marketing is required, with a focus on marketing strategy and customer engagement.
  • Marketing Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and customer engagement.
  • Marketing Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and Pardot, and experience with SQL and data analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
