Position Summary: Edison Valerio - State Farm Agent is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage administrative responsibilities and assist insurance agents in attracting and retaining clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience is advantageous, though not mandatory. Candidates with a strong enthusiasm for sales and excellent communication abilities in both English and a second language will be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with clients in both English and a second language.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex insurance topics clearly in both English and a second language.
  • Self-driven and motivated to meet sales objectives, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and industry standards is beneficial but not essential. A willingness to learn and obtain necessary licenses and certifications is required.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems, to manage client data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Exhibit a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all business interactions.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Sales experience (whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License.
  • Willingness to achieve mutually established marketing objectives.
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs.
