Overview:

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) role at Cordis is pivotal for expanding our sales and product presence. You will be responsible for managing smaller territories independently while collaborating with experienced Territory Managers on larger territories. Reporting to Regional leadership, this role offers the opportunity to progress to a Territory Manager position based on exceptional performance and meeting territory objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth
  • Achieve sales quotas and expand market opportunities
  • Execute sales strategies within the assigned territory effectively
  • Profile accounts based on clinical and economic factors
  • Conduct sales calls on target healthcare professionals
  • Create and present proposals and pricing recommendations
  • Lead in-service and education planning for accounts
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clinicians
  • Utilize knowledge and technical abilities for project management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and field counterparts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years in medical sales or 2+ years as Clinical Specialist preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and virtual meeting software
  • Willingness to travel within the territory
  • Driver's License required
  • US work authorization needed
