Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Barrington James. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for executing strategic and operational plans to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key opinion leaders and hospital administrative staff.
  • Present and implement Performance Guarantees at key accounts and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to track success.
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists and align team efforts with the business plan.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and customer needs.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in medical device sales, strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency to achieve objectives.
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to target and prioritize key accounts.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility within the territory and effectively communicate with clinical staff, administrators, and physicians.
  • Emotional intelligence to efficiently manage time and clinical resources.
