Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Territory Manager to join our Surgical Solutions Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the surgical market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and clinical professionals to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide training and in-servicing to customers on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
