Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activity within a defined territory for surgical products. This includes implementing marketing strategies through personal contact with key decision makers and influencers in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy within assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at targeted hospitals and other healthcare facilities
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to explain the benefits of using our product portfolio
  • Achieve predefined sales targets by selling appropriate products at appropriate prices
  • Educate customers on Davol products and their features and benefits
  • Assist customers in evaluating their needs and developing specifications for products required for patient care
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services
  • Collaborate with sales support staff to provide comprehensive product information to customers
  • Manage all business activities within the territory according to Company policy and procedures
  • Identify and evaluate potential opportunities within the territory
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the Company and promote its products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of three years' experience in sales of medical devices preferred
  • Knowledge of hospital procedures and protocols related to purchasing and inventory control
  • Strong understanding of healthcare facility systems, especially those related to supply chain management
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within hospitals and other healthcare facilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Travel requirements up to 50% per year
