An American Image Sharing Company is looking to hire a contract Internal Communications Program Manager.

Contract: 1 Year

Location: Remote / San Francisco, CA w/light travel

Pay: $100-$110/ hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Program & Production Manager: You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of our ~monthly, company-wide all hands. This includes:
    • Guide speakers through the content creation process through rehearsals.
    • Partner with the deck designer and teams to ensure we have compelling visuals.
    • Act as a production manager liaising with the AV Team to ensure a smooth program for all involved and watching.
  • Internal Communication Programs Champion: You will take the lead in developing and executing internal communication programs for critical cross-company initiatives, including I&D (Inclusion & Diversity) and other HR programs.
  • Intranet Migration Project Lead: You will support the migration of our company intranet, working closely with IT and various departments to drive a seamless transition. This includes:
    • Overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of the new intranet platform.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and integrate diverse perspectives.
  • Internal Communication Best Practices & Policies: Oversee the management of best practices and policies for internal communications. This entails:
    • Maintaining and updating internal communication guidelines and style guides.
    • Ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication channels.
    • Identifying when new documentation is needed and creating it.
  • Metrics and Measurement: You will be responsible for tracking key metrics to measure the success of the internal communications function.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing successful internal communication programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and internal communication tools is a plus.
  • Experience with intranet migrations or website development is a plus.
  • A can-do attitude who works well cross-functionally
  • Comfortable speaking with, counseling and influencing senior leaders
