Join Our Team as a Senior Mechanical Engineer - Team Lead at Raytheon in Tewksbury, MA

As part of the Raytheon Mechanical Engineering (ME) Organization, you will lead the design, development, and production of various equipment for radar, sonar, torpedo, and combat systems.

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer - Team Lead to join our Air Defense Ground Equipment (ADGE) Department in Tewksbury, MA. In this role, you will:

  • Design and develop rugged military electronics
  • Lead small mechanical or cross-functional teams
  • Transition products to production
  • Provide sustainment support to operations and supply chain

If you have a background in Electronics Packaging and experience in thermal, structural, dynamic, and reliability analysis, we want to hear from you. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience.

To be successful in this role, you should also have:

  • Experience with 3D CAD design tools
  • Knowledge of Military and Commercial Specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with EVM and Project planning

Additionally, a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required, and U.S. citizens are eligible for this clearance.
