Overview:


We are looking for an experienced individual to join our top-tier Global Healthcare Investment Banking team as a Senior Associate or Vice President. In this role, you will build strong relationships with corporate clients, work on various banking products, and contribute to the success of deals and transactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main client contact for Med Tech sub-sector
  • Coordinate and oversee junior bankers' analytical work
  • Enhance marketing/execution materials
  • Lead IPO drafting sessions
  • Manage the creation of M&A models
  • Collaborate internally and externally on transactions
  • Lead diligence processes and risk management

Skills:

  • Prior experience in Healthcare Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel modelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Effective under pressure, with the capacity to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Adaptability and readiness to take on responsibilities
  • Client interaction skills and risk management expertise
  • Experience in training junior bankers and various financial aspects
