TRC is seeking an Office Assistant on behalf of their client located in Norcross, GA.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Pay: $16/hour

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process order entry into the database accurately
  • Perform basic customer service duties
  • Assist Sales Executive to achieve a high level of customer confidence in the company
  • Maintain files and generate reports
  • Maintain internal database by inputting related information
  • Support each department as they require
  • Perform other duties as assigned (Operation-ASN)
  • Receptionist duties.
  • Allocate and wave all orders from the sales department.
  • Printing held format report to if items need to do replenishment.
  • Follow customer requests to print inner labels.
  • Place all waved orders on the order desk and make all processes smooth.
  • Make box numbers after double check and packing lists when the order is finished.
  • Printing UPS Shipping Labels and Saved UPS Daily Shipping Reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of sales support experience.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with utilizing a PC, must have experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in ERP and/or EDI systems is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
