Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Clinical Vent Field Team

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Vent Field Team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring the efficient operation of our office and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including preparing, editing, and creating correspondence, answering and screening phone calls, and maintaining various databases.
  • Assist with special projects, including mailings, acquisition documentation, sales and field meetings, policy manual editions, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and outside agencies, handling confidential information and explaining policies as needed.
  • Organize and schedule office activities, including meetings, travels, and conferences, as well as department activities for members of the department.
  • Establish, maintain, and update filing systems, and retrieve needed information from files.
  • Sort and distribute mail, draft written responses by phone or email, and respond to regular requests for information.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Two (2) years related experience is required and may be general clerical experience
  • Exact experience considered is Administrative Assistant or Secretary
