Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Administrator/Administrative Assistant IV to be based in Sacramento, CA.

JOB SUMMARY:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a Team environment.

The role requires the person to be detail-oriented, possess solid technical computer and writing skills, and be able to communicate and represent information to Team members.

An ideal candidate will be adaptable to change as additional responsibilities may be assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates and maintains presentations, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other necessary documents in response to and in anticipation of needs.

Track and process expense reports for reimbursement and follow up as needed.

Schedule meetings, draft agendas, prepare meeting minutes and notes.

Coordinates travel arrangements.

Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
