Responsibilities

What You'll Do:• The Operations Administrative Assistant will report directly to the OperationsSpecialist II and works independently performing a wide range of duties.

What You'll Do:• The Operations Administrative Assistant will report directly to the OperationsSpecialist II and works independently performing a wide range of duties.• Key Responsibilities:• Able to use organizational skills to collaborate with customers and colleagues ina fast- paced environment.• Meets and greets visitors to the office and directs them to the appropriate areawhile following security protocol.• Provide a wide-range of administrative support to management, employees,and in some cases customers and visitors to include, but not limited to,schedule and coordinate meetings in conference in accordance with security,

ethics, and compliance protocols, assist with audiovisual requirements andcatering needs, tracking current office inventory, ordering various officesupplies, handling shipping needs for the office and implementing the shippingcompliance requirements and creating business cards.• Successfully manage independent projects to fruition on an as-needed basis,meeting deadlines.• Work quickly and efficiently; remain flexible to shifting priorities.• Answer the V2X main line and transfer calls; check mail, receive shipments,and distribute to the appropriate receivers.• Process of email for approval and entry onto calendar, followed by entry intothe current V2X timesheet system.

Material & Equipment Directly Used• Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degreeis required.High School/GED/Associates preferred, 5+ years, Performs advanced tasks

Specific Experience:

5+ Yers of Administrative Experience

Ability to organize, coordinate, follow-up and manage complex details.• Creative in managing priorities, handling more than one task at a time, exercising distractioncontrol with judgment and common sense.• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Adobe technology and Concur ExpenseReporting; able to successfully operate laptop, copier, and standard office equipment.• Ability to type 60wpm.• Planning and organizing skills, with the ability to anticipate change, adjust responses accordingly.• Excellent time/project-management expertise.• Global vision. Culturally sensitive. Ability to work with diverse cultures and teams, teamwork.• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.• Attention to detail in all aspect of the role; high-quality standards.• Apply skills in current technology, to ensure well-managed workflow. Skillfully orchestratetroubleshooting activities, and follow-up of all details, to respond to the unexpected.• May be required to work overtime hours, as directed, and approved by supervisor.

Physical Activities:

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Ability to climb, balance, kneel, sit, stand, push up to 50 pounds, lift, pull, and bend. Most of this activity is related to rearranging converence rooms and meeting areas.
