Job Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative support to two senior attorneys.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Writing and distributing emails for multiple accounts
- Managing the calendars of two attorneys
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, events, client visits including coordinating executive travel arrangements and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining a diary system
- Taking incoming calls for attorneys and assist clients where needed
- Preparing reports, presentations and other documents including meeting minutes
- Works closely with attorneys and other staff to complete clerical assignments and projects

Experience: Past clerical/administrative experience
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software and Word Processing software. Microsoft Office Suite experience required
