Looking to be "Director of First Impressions"?  This position will be the first point of contact to the public and will be responsible for representing a professional business image.  As the Administrative Assistant this role will provide administrative support and customer service to the manager, staff members and customers.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
 

  • Open office
  • Check general delivery voice mail & forward messages appropriately
  • Answer multi-line phone system 
  • Distribute faxes & mail
  • Process & deliver mail to USPS mail box daily
  • Prepare overnight courier packages
  • Manage will-call area
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Maintain tidy appearance of conference rooms, reception area and break room
  • Perform in the capacity of a Notary Public, as designated
  • Report any safety or office maintenance issues to branch manager
  • Assist Manager with staff on-boarding
  • Prepare sales meeting material for manager
  • Assist with weekly sales meeting agenda 
  • Document and electronic file management
  • Post employment opportunities as directed by HR


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years recent clerical experience within a business office setting
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Notary Public certification (certified at the time of hire or obtained within time period established by the company) 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, orally & in writing.
  • Ability to work well independently & in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism & security for all sensitive information
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to organize and maintain a variety of records

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
