**Summary:**

The Customer Care Specialist handles inbound/outbound calls from customers to provide information regarding products and services. Specialist will be responsible for account questions, billing, payments and resolving complaints via phone & email. Also, assist in routing calls to the correct department/branch, customer follow-up, and more.

**Essential Job Duties:**

Resolves Customer complaints (first call resolution)

Investigates questions related to billing, service, and products

Answers questions pertaining to the customers account

Emphasizes product/service features and benefits

**Other Duties:**

Performs other duties as requested

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**

Attention to detail

Ability to handle high inbound call volume and some outbound call volume

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

Excellent customer service skills and a strong record of contributing to a team environment

Excellent speaking and active listening skills

Comfortable selling by phone

**Minimum Qualifications:**

1 Year Customer Service experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook

Possess a valid drivers license

Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

**Physical Demands:**

Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed

Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time

Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time

Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
