**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to customers with printer/copier related issues
  • Offer technical phone support to sales and service teams
  • Collaborate with customers and coworkers to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
  • Serve as the primary contact for all customer-related issues
  • Assist with pre-sales/installations of networked multi-function devices
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved on all support calls

**Your Qualifications:**

  • Experience with remote access tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • 1+ year experience in a help desk environment
  • Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use the internet, including web browser, e-mail, and FTP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/8/XP/Vista, Microsoft Office, and other common PC programs
  • A+, N+ Certification preferred
  • Basic networking skills, including working with TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS
