Position Overview:

As a Veterinary Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the well-being of their beloved pets. We are seeking compassionate individuals who possess a genuine love for animals and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients upon arrival, assisting with necessary paperwork and providing information about available amenities.
  • Exhibit empathy and understanding in sensitive situations, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
  • Accurately input client, patient, and financial data into our management system.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling through both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain organized documentation, including referral lists and cancellations.
  • Ensure the lobby area remains clean and inviting, managing refreshments and general tidiness.
  • Process incoming communications, including faxes and emails, in a timely manner.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Address customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights to enhance client service operations.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
  • Participate in on-call duties following training completion.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms. Candidates must meet the physical demands of the position while maintaining a high level of customer service.
