Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Efficiently check in patients, ensuring adherence to all Web Check-in protocols.
- Respond to incoming calls to the clinic, providing information or directing inquiries as necessary.
- Accurately verify insurance information in a timely manner.
- Follow the occupational clients' preference card and procedures.
- Review patient documentation for completeness and ensure collection of required insurance and demographic details.
- Complete the Daily Balance Checklist at the end of each shift, ensuring all payment methods are accounted for and documented.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical patient care environment is preferred.
- To obtain BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in using multiple computer applications.
