The Opportunity:


The Senior Analyst, Technical Services participates in the timely review, escalation and/or resolution of software issues to ensure the needs of the organization and the clients are met.

The Senior Analyst, Technical Services develops and maintains a professional relationship with the client to promote software engagement through best practice workshops, education, and exceptional client support.

The Senior Analyst, Technical Services uses their technical skill to complete complex analysis on issues raised and troubleshoot the root cause for the fastest resolution.


Essential Job Responsibilities:
Document, escalate, and/or resolution of software issues to ensure the needs of the organization and the clients are met.

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the client to promote software engagement through best practice workshops, education and exceptional support.

Serve as an escalated point of contact for the client and oversees the delivery of high level of quality service to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

Travel to client sites for software demonstrations.
Experience working with real-time data integration (HL7) or managing daily file intake processes for software solutions.
Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Work with the Training and Education Team to provide comprehensive training courses and material to our end users.
Empower team members to identify process improvements, setting priorities, and implementing best practices.
Support the implementation of new technology solutions and maintain essential software operations.
Collaboration with operational owners and leaders to identify new and ongoing software enhancements.
Use SQL and other technical skills to write queries, complete complex data analysis, data validation, and report creation/validation.
Maintain high level proficiency with the complex modules with EIQ.

Requirements/Qualifications :
CRCR or other approved job-relevant certification. (Or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Expertise using Ensemble IQ products. Ability to utilize SQL, Microsoft Products, Excel, Access and Canva.
Experience working with real-time data integration (HL7) or managing daily file intake processes for software solutions.
Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
General understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), including patient access, registration/admission, and patient financial services
Requires daily interaction with internal and external senior leaders.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, time management, and ability to prioritize deliverables a must.
Must possess the technical skills required for data analysis and troubleshooting complex issues.
