- Completes performance reviews on employees in accordance with policy.
Physical Requirements:

Working Conditions:

Qualifications:
- BSN, RN, MD, or Social Worker with at least three years of homecare experience.
- Minimum of 2 years customer service and managerial experience.
Certification and License Requirements:
- RN, MD, or Social Worker - Current and in good standing.

Ensures efficient operation of branch offices through staff management and implementation of quality improvement processes, to accomplish company goals and compliance.
