This company is known for producing high-quality products while selling at high margins, offering a competitive salary, opportunity for growth, and double-to-triple multipliers on sales programs for those who exceed their targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive sales growth.
- Coach and mentor regional sales team members to achieve business targets.
- Identify, lead, and develop talent to maximize individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.
- Enhance communication and territory management skills throughout the regional sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience leading and training sales representatives.
- 7+ years of territory sales experience.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel 50%.
