Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales team and drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and coach regional sales team members on performance of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
• Coach and develop regional sales team members to achieve business targets
• Identify, lead, and develop talent to maximize individual, team, and organizational effectiveness
• Develop and implement effective communication and territory management strategies throughout the regional sales team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of success
• 7+ years of experience in territory sales, with a strong understanding of the building products industry
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
