Description:

Join our team as the Head, Systems Engineer – Cyber Effects and play a crucial role in designing, implementing, testing, and resolving issues related to cyber applications.

Assess the security vulnerabilities and weaknesses of development and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products and services by employing advanced tools and techniques.

Demonstrated knowledge of computer architecture protocols, stacks, major COTS components, and relevant hardware architectures.

Collaborate with a dedicated team of hardware and software engineers to craft offensive and defensive cyber capabilities while formulating operational CONOPS.

Engage with program clients to devise effective strategies and solutions to address their requirements.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead DoD & IC offensive cyber operations and programs in various capacities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with diverse customer bases
  • Manage technical aspects of offensive cyber projects and teams
  • Oversee program management functions for offensive cyber initiatives
  • Define offensive cyber development standards and practices
  • Conduct trade studies to optimize solutions
  • Provide leadership in full program development life cycles


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience
  • Master's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Extensive experience in DoD & IC offensive cyber missions
  • Current Top Secret/SCI Special Access Program (SAP) Security Clearance

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong technical background and experience collaborating with engineering teams
  • Proficiency in subcontract technical management
  • Knowledge of virtualization platform security
