Role Responsibilities:

The Lead Systems Architect role in Ellicott City, MD necessitates a robust IT/Technology foundation coupled with outstanding project management capabilities. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of projects, provide client solutions, and contribute to proposal development. Onsite client interactions are integral to the role, alongside resolving diverse IT challenges. While remote work is prevalent, physical office attendance is required two days a week.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Expertise in Office 365 and Azure
  • Proficient in Active Directory administration/design
  • Knowledge in network segmentation
  • Experience with Cloud Computing and Powershell scripting
  • Familiarity with NIST/CMMC standards
  • Strong troubleshooting and project management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is advantageous

A qualified candidate should have over 10 years of practical experience in IT, client-facing roles, and project management. The position includes a probationary period and requires the capability to manage computer/server equipment.
