General Descriptions of Duties for

Accounts Receivable:
Responsible for applying payments and credit card transactions.
Prepare, process, verify and distribute invoices.
Verify and process credit memos and invoice adjustments as needed.
Research cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts.
Process and research COD tickets and invoices.
Prepare bank deposits.
Research tax-exempt qualifications.
Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets.
Learn the basic functions of multiple departments.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for

Accounts Receivable:
2+ years of recent accounts receivable experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-starter and able to adapt to many different roles.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with high volume accounts receivable
