RCF Connects is seeking to deliver on its new strategic framework with a management team fostering a performance culture based on equity and diversity.

The Co-CEO must deliver measurable, cost-effective results while tapping into the power of each team member. They will lead internal operations, assist in setting broad organizational goals, and develop appropriate policies and procedures.


The Co-CEO is a collaborative leader, developing values-based operational systems that strengthen RCF Connects' capacity, focusing on community organizing, racial justice, education, solidarity, and leadership development.

They possess the strategic thinking to deepen growth and sustainability, aligning operations with core principles.

Demonstrating effective planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, the Co-CEO navigates complex dynamics with clarity, integrity, and accountability.

Leading with courage and humility, they ensure alignment with the organization's vision, values, and goals, collaborating closely with the President and CEO on key areas.


Ultimately, the Co-CEO leads in solidarity with the current leadership, ensuring commitment to RCF Connects' mission and values through strategic collaboration and communication.
