Job Summary

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead the Office of Lottery & Gaming (OLG). This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of OLG's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer's mission and goals.
  • Provide executive leadership in establishing policies and procedures related to gaming operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and direct the OLG team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program operations.
  • Develop and implement budgets, procurement plans, and financial reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Represent the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and OLG before local officials, legislative committees, and industry stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry colleagues, government officials, and other stakeholders to promote the interests of OLG.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OLG's programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Eight (8) years of progressive experience in planning, directing, and overseeing financial, administrative, and program operations in a gaming or lottery organization.
  • Proven experience in motivating, developing, and mentoring staff towards meeting organizational goals and objectives.
  • Excellent written, oral, and public speaking skills.
