  • Understanding branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
  • Displaying expertise in banking, investments, consumer and business lending, sales, leadership, customer service, and more.


Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in sales management within retail banking, financial services, or goal-oriented retail sales
OR
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in sales management within retail banking, financial services, or goal-oriented retail sales

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in technology, including mobile and online banking services, is a bonus

Exempt Status:
Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)
