  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support to meet their financial goals.

  • Sales Performance: Collaborate with the team to achieve growth targets in financial performance, including outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Identify opportunities to introduce clients to relevant bank products and services.

  • Client Education: Deliver client education and engagement through research and communication, ensuring clients have a positive experience and meet their financial objectives.

  • Risk Management: Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses.

  • Special Projects: Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required, consistently adhering to regulatory and compliance policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required.

  • Experience: 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry, required.

  • Certifications: National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, preferred.

  • Skills: Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures, experience in financial services industry, and experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
