EXPERIENCE:


Required:5-7 years experience working in an industry which utilizes radiation cure technology5-7 years experience working with a cross functional team of technical, marketing, and sales professionals.

Proven knowledge of and experience with successfully launching new products via the Stage Gate process.
Proven project management experience and success with the development of UV/radiation cure products

Preferred:
Prior experience in product management or strategic marketing roleTechnical background with focus in Industrial markets
