About the RoleThe role of the Regional VP-Customer Success is to be the end-to-end leader for one of the regions for Innovaccer.

You will be responsible for setting up strategic direction of how to make customers' successful, which areas to focus product stand-up on.

You will also be end-point responsible for growing Innovaccer's relationship with customer. You should be a trusted advisor to every customer you manage and be an extended part of their team.

Innovaccer believes in realizing value for their customers and it will be important part of the role to constantly find value opportunities and realization of value using Innovaccer products over time.


A Day in the LifeExecutive Relationship:
Manage and grow relationships and constant touch-points with senior customer executives for the region

Team Management:
Grow andmanage a team of Customer Innovation Directors who, in turn, will manage a certain number of accounts in that region and be responsible for adoption and expansion for those customers

Renewal Management:
Be responsible for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for the whole regionIdentifying and

Nurturing Growth Opportunities:
Responsible for the farming and growth of accounts for the regionGoal and

Requirement Understanding:
Understand customer's business, strategic goals, and requirements to Innovaccer's product portfolio

Value Opportunity Identification and Realization:
Identify and communicate opportunities for customers and realize value generated from Innovaccers products and services

Change Management:

Manage significant changes in requirements as well as customer's process or skill changes to fully utilize Innovaccer productsWhat You NeedHealthcare work experience of 8 years.
