SARASOTA FORD is currently adding Full-Time BDC Representatives for our Rated Automotive Dealership This is a performance based sales opportunity for top phone pro's The pay plan for this position is $18 per hour plus commision. Top earners are making over$75,000 per year. This position will follow up on all marketing opportunities including internet leads and inbound phones.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have good communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database experience.

Previous BDC or call center experience preferred, but not required.

Must be available to work at least one weekend day.

Being bi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
