The TikTok HR Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) team is a testament to TikTok's commitment to organizational excellence.

The mission of our TikTok Organization Effectiveness (OE) team is to create and inspire best practices to enable organizational and talent success across TikTok.

As a TikTok OE Partner, you will be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced, and global team, with primary responsibility for organization effectiveness review and enhancement-related initiatives.

This role will support the TikTok OUG (Operations, US Data Security, and Global Functions) business units. Join us in our journey to unleash the full potential of our organization and drive impact at scale.


To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.

We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Specifically, you will:

  • Design and utilize organizational diagnostic and people analytics templates and tools to assess org efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Understand business unit strategies and key priorities to support the business in designing and optimizing organizational structure and headcount management, change management and postreorg effectiveness analysis.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to implement TikTok's talent review methodology in conducting talent reviews and assessment, including succession planning to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with business units and HRBPs to develop competency frameworks for roles, ensuring skills and capabilities are clearly defined for effective talent management and career development.
  • Support corporate global projects including but not limited to performance management, headcount planning, etc.
  • Utilize talent analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of programs and processes.
  • Advise key stakeholders and provide customized solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in HR or consulting, with expertise in talent and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Tableau, Exel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to autonomously manage and drive multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adept at working collaboratively and at a fast pace, with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders across the globe.
  • Excellent execution skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to report insights creatively in a variety of formats.
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or professional certifications in HR, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field.
