- 5+ years of Corporate OC experience, with demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering training workshops or seminars within a corporate setting.
- Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, showcasing strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Experience with change management methodologies and guiding global organizations through cultural transformations, indicating the ability to navigate complex organizational changes effectively.
- 2+ years of Global OC experience, with prior experience working in a global or multinational organization, demonstrating exposure to diverse cultural contexts and business environments.
- Passion for HR/Organizational Culture, coupled with the ability to grasp corporate management philosophies and effectively communicate related messages through high-quality deliverables.
