The role involves strong partnership in supporting organizational development, performance guidance, policy interpretation, employee relations, and day-to-day generalist activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end employee success process, from onboarding to offboarding team members.
  • Provide primary point of contact and support for team members regarding HR programs, policies, procedures, benefits, and more.
  • Offer guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee firm-wide communication on all HR & People updates.
  • Assist with company benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability, and more.
  • In partnership with our external immigration firm, oversee and coordinate the company's immigration programs related to work visa sponsorship.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks as needed, supporting the People Specialist.
  • Ensure compliance with HR procedures, including audits, local, state, and federal compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist hiring managers with recruitment efforts and provide support for posting open positions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive HR partnership experience.
  • A dynamic HR professional with a well-rounded generalist background in team member relations and engagement, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
  • A proven ability to effectively coach employees and make recommendations to resolve problems or issues.
  • Care deeply about helping and supporting a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization.
  • A team player with strong ethics, demonstrated discretion, and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential information.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to drive organizational change through partnership with leaders.
  • The ability to analyze and interpret HR data, using it to help drive decisions and better understand workforce needs.
  • A track record of influencing, leading, and facilitating strategic initiatives with stakeholders.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $98,000 annually + benefits
