Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to leaders on all facets of managing and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting the adoption of HR initiatives and processes within your designated business units.
  • Proactively identify potential personnel risks by analyzing trends and metrics, collaborating with management and staff to mitigate these risks.
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with managers to facilitate effective people decisions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Address and resolve employee relations matters promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate understanding and buy-in for HR practices, helping managers comprehend the rationale behind decisions to better support their teams.
  • Offer insights and recommendations on organizational structure, including business unit reorganizations, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in client-facing HR roles.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong coaching and consulting abilities; PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification is required, with PHR CA certification being highly desirable.
  • Solid business acumen to develop a comprehensive understanding of various functional business areas.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster strong relationships with peers and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work onsite five days a week.

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, in addition to bonuses, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is influenced by various factors including skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details will be provided during the hiring process.
