About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at The Capital Group Companies, Inc. As a key member of our North America Client Group (NACG) HR team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering HR solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of HR solutions across a broad spectrum of topics, including organizational design, change management, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Provide thought leadership and equip our leaders and associates with tools to foster agility and innovation.
  • Partner with the HR team and NACG business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop talent of the future, and strengthen our organizational excellence.
  • Manage large-scale rollouts and projects that have a direct impact on the people component of our business strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably in financial services or in large organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required and master's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide thought leadership, education, and tools to senior managers and associates.
  • Effective management of organizational change and transition.
  • Passion for coaching, supporting, and developing talent.
  • Ability to learn business objectives quickly and influence talent and organization decisions that impact business outcomes.
What We Offer

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
