As a Subscription Renewal Specialist, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with existing customers, maintain strong connections, and successfully implement renewal strategies.


What you'll do here:


Create and nurture relationships with existing customers through phone calls and discovery regarding needsCommunicate with renewal customers during budget reviews and manage renewal statusIdentify accounts that may not renew and collaborate with Education Sales Consultants and District ManagersAssist Sales Consultants in promoting additional productsProvide customers with sales quotes and online product demonstrationsCollaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfactionSkills you will need here:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least 1 year of inside sales experienceExperience developing and maintaining relationships with customersAssertive, proactive, creative approach to building relationshipsTime and territory management skillsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesPreferred qualifications:3+ years of inside or field sales experienceExperience selling to the education marketProficiency in using contact management systems, preferredDemonstrated record of meeting/exceeding sales goalsGale, part of Cengage Group, partners with librarians and educators around the world to connect 30 million distinct learners annually to essential digital content through user-friendly technology that enhances experiences and improves learning outcomes.
