Responsibilities
* Oversee all procurement and related activities for IT assets, which include generating purchase orders, placing orders, confirming shipments and receipts, and processing invoice payments.
* Monitor and manage IT asset maintenance contract renewals, engaging in vendor negotiations concerning these contracts.
* Establish and nurture relationships with IT vendors to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
* Manage software licenses and subscriptions, ensuring accurate vendor contact information is maintained.
* Proactively identify software and service renewals and liaise with relevant departments for necessary adjustments.
* Participate in the IT budgeting process.
* Serve as a liaison to the Finance Department regarding IT asset information.
* Manage wireless telecommunications contracts, including plans for smartphones and portable wireless devices, and maintain an updated list of users associated with these contracts.
* Provide Level 1 technical support for mobile technology implemented within the firm.
* Maintain a comprehensive list of standard hardware and software utilized within the organization.
* Offer administrative support to the IT group through word processing, data entry, and report generation.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and/or invoice processing.
