Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support clients with their claims, policy modifications, underwriting updates, billing inquiries, premium financing, and insurance certificates. You will also respond to underwriting requests and provide guidance on essential factors that influence coverage and costs.

The Personal Lines Processing Specialist will assist agents with tasks such as processing renewals, preparing renewal applications, conducting renewal marketing, maintaining accurate records, and managing policy changes requested by clients. Your role will be crucial in alleviating the workload of agents while keeping them informed about their accounts.


Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the property and casualty insurance field

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient in modern web-based applications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent typing skills

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
