Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon their arrival
  • Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel's reservation system
  • Maintain accurate guest records and payment information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and wellmaintained
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries with precision

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
