  • Guest Interaction: Answer all incoming calls within three rings, ensuring a Five-Star guest experience and providing personalized service to meet their needs.
  • Scheduling and Reservations: Schedule guest reservations accurately and introduce each guest to a minimum of add-on services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Product and Gift Card Sales: Take guest product and gift card orders, ensuring seamless transactions and meeting sales targets.
  • Service Scheduling and Reporting: Maintain and report service schedules, timing, and pricing in our software system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with products and services, including timing, benefits, and pricing, to provide expert advice to guests.
  • Education and Training: Provide education to guests regarding company initiatives and beauty industry trends, enhancing their experience and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend and actively participate in monthly department meeting calls, contributing to team discussions and goal-setting.

Requirements
  • Hospitality Experience: Hospitality experience in a call center environment, with preferred outbound and inbound call experience.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication skills with guests and team members, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong understanding of products and services.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a sales-focused mindset, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks using our software system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
