Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Agent, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering top-notch service to guests, proactively meeting and surpassing their expectations.
  • Efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Adhering to all cash handling and accounting protocols, including hotel credit and check cashing practices.
  • Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of hotel personnel, services, operational hours, room configurations, pricing, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Safeguarding the security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
  • Addressing and resolving guest inquiries or complaints effectively.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • A strong commitment to customer service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
  • A collaborative spirit as part of the front desk team.
  • An engaging personality with a positive outlook.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • The capacity to stand and move swiftly for extended periods. Availability for weekends and holidays may be necessary based on operational needs.
