As a Pro/EB Channel Marketing Manager at eero, you will lead and support the Pro/EB sales team in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and tactics.

This is a unique role that requires expertise in marketing across a B2B2C customer journey.

You will be responsible for managing and driving demand generation activities, creating impactful digital content and marketing collateral, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate key brand and product narratives.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop acquisition programs that increases eero's Pro/EB sales dealers
  • Create marketing and sales programs that increase the dealer sales and end user engagement
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns and programs to drive brand awareness and lead generation within Pro channels (e.g., Custom Integrators, Security, Homebuilders, HVAC).
  • Develop engaging digital content and marketing collateral to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, and other teams to craft and communicate key product and brand stories across all customer touchpoints.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support for the creation, development, and execution of marketing initiatives within the Pro channels.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach across the B2B2C landscape.
  • Assume endtoend ownership of marketing initiatives, from conceptualization to successful implementation and performance tracking.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • 57 years of experience in a marketing role with handson experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and channel marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and programs in a B2B2C environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Datadriven mindset and the ability to analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and programs.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
