Job Details:
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant with experience in public accounting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial success by overseeing month-end close processes, SEC reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
  • Preparing and submitting SEC reports such as 10K and 10Q filings
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial records
  • Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Coordinating with auditors for documentation and queries
  • Leading consolidation and financial reporting processes
  • Contributing to special projects and financial analyses

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate accounting experience, ideally in Real Estate
  • Strong background in public accounting and financial reporting
  • Expertise in month-end close, SEC reporting, and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Experience with consolidations and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism
