This position is Monday-Friday / Normal Business Hours

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Controller, we're seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with expertise in various financial functions such as Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and inventory review/audit. Experience in cost and manufacturing is advantageous. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft AX.

The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively, liaising with engineers, operations, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all phases of corporate accounting including but not limited to AP, AR, accruals, fixed assets, depreciation, prepaids, and the closing process.
  • Reconcile and prepare journal entries.
  • Timely processing of accounts payable and working with vendors on any billing discrepancies
  • Assist on the accounts receivable side with customer inquiries.
  • Help perform month end close activities and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements and annual reporting.
  • Inventory reconciliation, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze perpetual inventory locations for accuracy and valuation.
  • Participation and analysis, cycle counting program.
  • Identifies improvements for internal processes and controls.
  • Contribute in answering questions from annual external audit.
  • Ad hoc analyses and projects, as needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Proficiency in ERP manufacturing systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Advanced degree and/or relevant certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting/Finance.

Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical and 11-panel drug screen that includes THC.
